| Andrew has enormous experience in both developing and delivering training of Cognitive Interviewing and Conversation Management techniques. He began working with these techniques in the mid 1990s, when employed within the technical claims screening environment at Thomas Cook, pioneers in this field. In 2000, Andy joined Volume Fraud Management, where he was responsible for project managing the design and delivery of training of the above and associated techniques. In the summer of 2003, Andy was engaged by DigiLog to head up its Training Department. He is responsible for the planning, co-ordination and quality of all training assignments, including Train-the-Trainer, Mentoring and Quality Control programmes. He is supported by a highly experienced training team and together they are consistently delivering a truly world-class training programme to our clients; reflected in unanimous and magnanimous client feedback. |
