| Mike joined DigiLog as Senior Accounts Manager in February 2005, bringing with him strong operational experience in Account Management, Business Development, Marketing and Operational Management. Having previously worked as an Operations Manager in New York, he gained considerable Account Management experience, managing both the critical sales and operational issues relating to major Corporate Retail Buyers. This, together with his recent completion of an MBA at London's Cass Business School, strengthens DigiLog's ability to provide both dedicated day-to-day customer management and strategic/tactical support in developing dedicated solutions.
The dual experience Mike possesses, in both Account and Operational Management, enables DigiLog to focus on building mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, providing practical and cost-effective ways of implementing DigiLog solutions and a consulting capability that adds significant all round value.
